1) If you would like to use your insurance, your insurance provider can provide you a list of therapists in your area. Your insurance card likely has the contact phone number on the back.

2) Psychology Today offers a therapist directory where you can search for providers by insurance, location, and specialty. Click on "Find a Therapist" on the blue banner. psychologytoday.com

3) If you're looking for services for a child, and would like specifically to find a play therapist, the Association for Play Therapists has a directory where you can search by zip code. (You can expand your search by leaving off one or two digits from the end of the zip code.) a4pt.org
